🥕 Here’s a nourishing Root Cause Protocol (RCP)-friendly ancestral eating recipe - this time a creamy, comforting option that’s gentle on the gut and rich in minerals:

🥕 Creamy Carrot & Ginger Soup
(Mineral-Rich Ancestral Comfort Food)
🛒 Ingredients:
1 tbsp grass-fed ghee or coconut oil
1 small yellow onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
6–8 carrots, peeled and chopped
3 cups homemade bone broth (or high-quality store-bought)
1/2 tsp sea salt, to taste
1/4 tsp black pepper
Optional garnish: fresh parsley, swirl of coconut cream
Instructions:
Sauté aromatics: In a soup pot, heat ghee/oil over medium. Add onion, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until soft and fragrant.
Add carrots & broth: Stir in carrots, then pour in broth. Simmer 20–25 minutes or until carrots are fork-tender.
Blend: Carefully blend soup with an immersion blender (or in batches with a countertop blender) until smooth. Season to taste!
Serve warm, garnished with herbs or a splash of coconut cream.
