It's Monday 19th January. Not Blue Monday. Just another cold, winter Monday in January.

Blue Monday is a term created by a travel company as part of a marketing campagin. Blue Monday may be made up but mental health isn't. January can be tough, the days are short, the weather isn't great and the post-Christmas blues can take a toll on our mental health.

Let's use this day as a reminder to prioritise self-care, check in on our loved ones, spread kindness and support each other in whatever way we can 🩵
