At Amanda Breslin Aesthetics, patient safety and natural results will always come first. For that reason, I inject a maximum of 1ml of dermal filler into the lips in a single appointment.

The lips are a highly vascular and delicate area. Limiting the volume in one sitting helps reduce excessive pressure within the tissues and lowers the risk of complications. Safety is never something I compromise on and a controlled, measured approach is always best.

Lips also swell immediately after treatment. Injecting more than 1ml at once can make it difficult to properly assess shape, symmetry and balance on the day. By keeping the volume conservative, I can ensure the final result once healed is refined, proportional and suited to your facial features.

Gradual enhancement is key to maintaining soft, natural movement and preventing issues such as overfilling or migration. The lip tissue can only accommodate a certain amount at one time and overloading the lips can lead to stretching or distortion over time.

If additional volume is desired, we simply review at 2–4 weeks once swelling has fully settled. This allows us to build the filler safely and strategically!

A very special client and a truly natural result ❤️✨💉
This client underwent facial contouring using premium dermal fillers, with the focus firmly on restoring lost volume and supporting the natural facial structure rather than changing how she looks.

As we age, gradual volume loss can lead to soft tissue descent, hollowing and loss of definition. Using carefully placed, medical grade dermal filler, key areas were gently enhanced to provide support where volume had diminished, subtly rebalancing the face while maintaining harmony and proportion.

The goal was never for the treatment to be noticeable, but instead to achieve a refreshed, rested and natural appearance, while fully respecting the individuality of the face.
There was no overfilling or exaggerated contouring, just thoughtful, anatomical placement to enhance what is already there and create a result that looks like you on your best day.

Tear trough filler is an advanced injectable treatment designed to restore volume under the eyes, softening hollows and creating a fresher appearance. Due to the complexity of this area, it requires expert anatomical knowledge and precise technique to ensure a smooth outcome.

Not every client is suitable for tear trough filler. Factors such as skin quality, fluid retention, facial anatomy and previous treatments must be carefully assessed, as filler is not always the safest or most effective option. This is why a thorough consultation is essential to assess suitability, manage expectations and ensure the treatment is safe, ethical and tailored to the individual.

Non-surgical rhinoplasty, often referred to as a liquid nose job is an advanced aesthetic treatment that uses hyaluronic acid dermal fillers to subtly enhance the shape and profile of the nose without surgery.

This treatment works by carefully placing filler to smooth bumps, improve symmetry, enhance bridge definition or gently lift and support the nasal tip- also known as a barbie tip.

It is important to understand that dermal filler rhinoplasty does not make the nose smaller, but instead creates balance and harmony by camouflaging irregularities.

The procedure is minimally invasive, typically taking around 45 minutes, with results visible immediately. Mild swelling or tenderness can occur but usually settles within a few days, allowing most clients to return to normal activities quickly. However, results are temporary, generally lasting between 9 and 18 months depending on the product used and individual metabolism.

As the nose is a high-risk anatomical area, non-surgical rhinoplasty should only be performed by a suitably trained medical professional with an in depth understanding of facial anatomy. Reversible hyaluronic acid fillers are essential and appropriate emergency protocols must always be in place. A thorough consultation and careful patient selection are key to ensuring both safety and natural looking results as not everyone is suitable for this treatment.

Moving into a commercial premises marks an important milestone in my journey as a medical injector. It is a step that represents growth, responsibility and belief in both my practice and the clients I care for. While this decision felt daunting, it was made with careful consideration and a clear focus on maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism and patient care.

I began my practice in a treatment room within my home, later expanding into a dedicated clinic space. Each stage of growth has been built gradually, with intention and integrity. Signing a commercial lease is a significant step, but my values remain unchanged, I continue to give 100% to every consultation and every treatment, ensuring each client receives individualised, ethical and results driven care.

My journey into this profession has been shaped by resilience and hard work. I moved to England independently with one suitcase, worked multiple jobs to support myself through university and invested fully in building this business from the ground up. I am very much an all in person and everything I have achieved has been through dedication, self belief and consistent effort.

As a medical professional, I place great importance on ongoing education and training. I am committed to continual professional development, staying up to date with evidence-based practice and advancing my skills to ensure treatments remain safe, current and delivered to the highest clinical standard. This commitment allows me to offer care with confidence while evolving alongside the industry.

This new premises provides a professional clinical environment that supports patient comfort, safety and growth.
