We’re hiring a 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 to lead the Shared Education for Positive Innovation (SEPI) programme! 🚨

SEPI* brings schools, educators, and young people together across communities and across the border, using innovation, entrepreneurship, climate action, and peacebuilding to support shared learning experiences. You will lead on programme planning, partnership management, financial oversight, monitoring and evaluation, and funder reporting, ensuring delivery against PEACEPLUS requirements and agreed outcomes.

💬 Full time, fixed term contract ending March 2028
💰Salary up to £40,000
📍Based at The Innovation Centre, Belfast (with travel required)

We are proud to celebrate the successful completion of Stryve, a three-year pilot programme that supported young people aged 16 to 25 as they built confidence, skills and real-world experience for roles in innovative and future focused industries across Northern Ireland.

Through a combination of practical training, accredited qualifications and meaningful access to employers, Stryve provided participants with the space to develop ambition and self-belief while gaining valuable experience within Catalyst’s partner network.

The Co-builders AI Hackathon was a brilliant way to round out the first month of 2026!

We kicked things off with a Pre-Session Social at Deloitte’s Belfast office, where participants came together to meet, share ideas, and form teams ahead of the main event. The energy in the room set the tone straight away!

Saturday was all about building, experimenting, and bringing ideas to life at the Innovation Centre. Teams spent the day vibe coding, testing ideas, and getting pitch-ready, with an incredible standard across the room.

After a strong set of presentations, two finalists emerged. SelfStartr, supporting self-employed people to manage expenses, and Dopamine Delay, helping people with ADHD redirect impulsive spending habits.

Congratulations to Dopamine Delay, who took home the £2,000 prize sponsored by Deloitte, and to everyone who took part. An inspiring day of ideas, collaboration, and practical AI in action.

This hands-on session looks at the first steps of turning a climate or energy problem into a viable venture, including early customer discovery, route to market, and how to use policy and data as part of a business model 💡🌍
