🎉What a night! 🎉

Our Titanic Gentlemen’s Club and Titanic Women’s Group came together for a brilliant dinner last night, and we were blown away by the turnout — 44 people showed up to share a two-course meal and great company.

A massive thank you to The Peppercorn and their amazing staff for going above and beyond to serve us a delicious dinner. Top class service as always! 👏

We were honoured to have David Brooks MLA Cllr. Sammy Douglas Cllr Davy Douglas with us, continuing to show incredible support for our groups.

A huge shoutout to Alex from Sandy Row for putting £500 behind the bar so everyone could enjoy a few pints. Your generosity and continued support mean the world to us. Unbelievable!

To Jim Bailey from East Belfast Community Development Agency, you’ve been with both our groups from day one. The clubs wouldn’t be where they are today without you. What a guy. A true legend! 🙌

And last but certainly not least… to all the men and women who show up, speak up, and break down the barriers that so many struggle with, you are the heart of these groups. Together we’re proving that support is out there, and we’re here, waiting, listening, and ready to help. ❤️

A massive thank you to Glentoran FC for hosting the Titanic Gentlemen’s Club at the BetMcLean Oval for International Men’s Day. The warm welcome, the fantastic historical tour, and the brilliant chicken curry in the Captains Lounge made it a day to remember.

The lads had an incredible time, and we’re especially grateful to John Moore for sharing his outstanding knowledge and passion for the club’s history.❤️

A special shout-out to our member Lawrence Henderson, who gave an unbelievable interview on the night, we’re all proud of you! 💚❤️🖤

It was a brilliant celebration of friendship, connection, and supporting men to talk, socialise and try new things. Thank you again to everyone at Glentoran for looking after us so well. 🙌💚

🌟 💚Celebrating International Men’s Day! 🌟💚

Tonight, the gentlemen of Titanic Gentlemen’s Club are marking International Men’s Day with something special, a trip to the Oval for a tour of the grounds and surroundings. 🏟️

Afterwards, we’ll be warming up with some delicious chicken curry on this cold evening… the perfect way to celebrate friendship, good company, and the spirit of what makes this day meaningful. ❄️🔥🍛

Here’s to the men who lead, support, inspire, and show strength in so many ways. 💪

What a brilliant night at the Titanic Men’s Group! 🙌

We kicked things off with a festive Grinch chip (class as always 😄) and then heard a few heartfelt testimonials from the lads.

A massive shout-out to Dave McCauley from Glenmachan Church. His inspiring story about how, why, and when he became a Christian and how he met his partner was truly powerful. 💬✨

Fair play to Dave for opening up and sharing such personal parts of his journey. His honesty and courage will no doubt encourage others in the group who may be facing similar struggles or walking a similar path.

We’ve got a busy and exciting few weeks ahead, here’s what’s coming up: 👀

🍟 Our first of many “Xmas Chips” nights to warm us up as the cold evenings roll in!
💬 We’ll also be discussing our new project starting in the New Year – come along and share your ideas.

🚤 Boat Tour, Lunch & Whiskey Tasting at Titanic Distillers – don’t miss this brilliant day out!

We’re celebrating a bit sooner as we’ll be busy helping our community group with:

On Sunday, we pause to honour the bravery and sacrifice of those who served and those who continue to serve. 🫡

Their courage reminds us that strength is found not only on the battlefield, but in the hearts and minds of every person who carries the weight of remembrance. 💪

As we reflect, we also stand together in support of men’s mental health reminding one another that it’s okay to talk, to remember, and to heal. ❤️‍🩹

What a Night at the Men’s Club! 🍕💬💚

Another brilliant night with the lads, full of pizza, chat, and plenty of laughs. The atmosphere was absolutely buzzing, and it was great to welcome two new members into the group tonight! 👏

We also had an amazing surprise visit from Torrie Laverty and her mum, Patsy Laverty ❤️

Tori shared a bit about the incredible fundraising she does in memory of her brother Gary, raising money and awareness for Mental Health and Su***de Prevention. Every year, she and her team choose different local groups and charities around Belfast to support.

This year, they raised an incredible £1,400 and we were blown away to hear that they’ve decided to donate £700 to our men’s group! 🙌

This generous donation will go towards helping the men in our group, whether it’s outings, fun days, resources, or even just food for our get-togethers.

From all of us, a massive thank you to Tori and Patsy for your kindness and for the amazing work you do. 💙❤️💚💜💛🧡🩵

Together we’re making a real difference. 💪

At our men’s group, we know that sometimes life gets messy, work, stress, addiction, or just losing direction. That’s why, as well as our group sessions, we do one-to-one support to help men get back on track.

In our one-to-ones, we focus on simple, real goals that make a big difference:

✅ Checking in on how the week’s been — wins and challenges

✅ Building healthy daily routines (sleep, meals, movement)

✅ Staying off drugs or alcohol and managing triggers

✅ Working toward jobs, training, or new purpose

✅ Reconnecting with positive people and hobbies

✅ Setting 1–3 achievable goals for the week ahead

It’s not about being perfect, it’s about progress, honesty, and support.✌️

Every man deserves the chance to rebuild and move forward. 💪

The competition was fierce, the food was great, and the laughs were even better. 🍔😂
