Had a lovely morning hosting candle making and yoga with a private client who wanted to treat her staff members who work so hard all year long with kids dealing with various social, behavioural and emotional issues. Carers need cared for too! Everyone made their own Aromatherapy Christmas candle with an intro to essential oils and feng shui/vatsu placements for candles. We then had a chair yoga session, checking in and connecting with ourselves through meditation, breath work, movement and some chakra work and intention setting for next year. If you are looking a last minute staff do I can come to you from £20 per head for this 2 hour package. Please get in touch via DM 🤗

December carries us through a cycle of release, fire, grounding, connection and renewal. 🥰

I thought about taking a break over Christmas, but this is such a full, busy time — we’re around so many people, giving so much of our energy, and it’s easy to feel touched out. That’s why having even a small pocket of time to come home to yourself, stretch, breathe, and pause can make all the difference. 🙏

Yoga is a lifeline for me over the holidays, and I want to offer that same refuge to others. (And a little note — in January we’re moving back to Thursdays.) Hope to see you this month, or next year. My doors are always open beginner or experienced, whatever your carrying physically, mentally, emotionally or spiritually ❤️
