Hi I’m Rachel ✨

I’m a yoga teacher who blends mindful movement, breath control, meditation and yogic philosophy to help you feel more connected — body, mind and spirit. I also weave in gentle astrological insights, supporting you to move in rhythm with the seasons and the energies around us.

I first started yoga to become more flexible… and I stayed because of the deep benefits it brought to my mind and spirit.

Yoga is not about touching your toes — it’s about connecting with yourself. In today’s busy world, taking time to slow down, check in, and show yourself some love is more important than ever. ❤️

My intention is to create a calming space where you can release tension and reconnect with your inner wisdom. Whether you’re brand new or returning to the mat, everyone is welcome here. 🌙🧘‍♀️

Off the mat, you’ll usually find me enjoying a hot drink, curled up on the sofa researching things like yoga, feng shui, energy work, crafting holistic wellness products, or adventuring in the park with my son! ☕🌿💚
