Prep, stress & lots of grounding.
Past week the main focus has been making sure all my coaching clients are getting the attention they need to stay on track over the winter period, safe to say theyâre all coping very well.
Winter is a tough time for everyone, dark nights, cold as f*ck, lack of motivation, drive & Christmas coming round the cornerâŚ
Itâs stressful
But it doesnât need to be that way, there is daily rituals and tools you can use to prevent yourself falling into the victim hole of winter.
The past week another main focus of mine is prepping for the menâs room - a new style of networking and learning for men to come together and talk about things that arenât talked about, to have some craic, to meet new people & learn the tools I have used in the past to cope with chaos (and still use)
Training has been steady, hitting all my sessions this week plus cardio. Happy with that as it keeps me steady over the winter months - tbh winter has always been my best months of training - you either focus on the positives or negatives, I chose the positives all day.
