Iā€™ve curated multiple large scale events in Belfast to highlight menā€™s struggles,
Iā€™ve coached men from chaos to clarity,
From weakness to strength,
Iā€™ve overcame so many personal battles to be here.

Many that people donā€™t know about,
But there is no perfect time,
Iā€™m ready to represent the men of Belfast,
To make the world safer for my daughter & help men become better self led through identity beyond performanceā¤ļøšŸŗ

Want to highlight a very important topic.
Femicide in the north of Ireland is one of the highest in Europe, yet only recently we have seen it highlighted.

As men we must take a stand against this,
Take responsibility for our own behaviour, and how we view abuse and misogyny in society,
Mothers, daughters & sisters should feel safe going for a run, going out with friends & it is up to us to take a stand and take action against all types of abuse.

I am carrying out the course for ending violence against women and girls in schools across Belfast,
But I want to highlight and their efforts to raise money for womenā€™s aid.
An amazing organisation which has been to multiple events Iā€™ve ran over the year.
