Saturday was one for the books 💜✊🏼

Some of the team headed down to the International Women’s Day rally at Writer Square, organised by , and honestly…it was class!

We heard powerful stories from inspiring women, young people showing up in numbers and real conversations about equality and change.

It was amazing to see so many young women come out to celebrate, stand together, and use their voices.

Really proud to have been part of it and to stand alongside so many people who genuinely care.

Still buzzing from it 💭✨

It doesn’t have to be taken the next morning, but the sooner it’s taken, the more effective it is.

There are different options available, including the copper coil if ovulation has already started.
