We recently visited to finish off our Relationship and S*x Education programme. ✨

As this programme was virtual, it was lovely to see these little faces in person to celebrate after all our hard work online over the past three weeks.

We completed the session with a rewarding educational arts and crafts session and just look at some of the gems they’ve produced. 🥲🎨

At Common Youth, our programmes are about self-expression and having fun whilst learning. If your organisation is interested in our programmes, get in touch today: hello@commonyouth.com 📩

We were at this week delivering our presentation on STIs, condoms and contraception. 🍌

Brilliant engagement from students and buzzing to see joined SWC as C-Card providers!

Also in attendance was Charmaine, the specialist nurse who provides expert s*xual health support on campus. A big thank you to the students and staff at SWC for having us, we loved the conversations and honest chats. 🫶🏼✨

If your organisation is interested in becoming a C-Card provider and receiving training in condom distribution for young people, get in touch at hello@commonyouth.com. 📩

The Education Team exchanged their Palentine’s cards today and honestly the effort was unreal 🥹💌 take a look at some of the class card ideas.

Valentine’s Day does not have to be all roses and pressure. It can be passing a card to your bestie just because. A cute text that makes someone smile. A solo coffee date. Or simply choosing you and calling that enough! 🫶🏼

Happy Palentine’s from the Education Team. Go tell someone you appreciate them. Even if that someone is yourself. 💗

Tonight we explored healthy relationships with Common Youth. From friendship to family, romantic to ourselves - relationships matter!
We asked important questions like "what makes a relationship healthy?", "what do you love about your friends?" and "how would we explain to an alien who just arrived on earth how to communicate healthily?"

The young people played Red Flag Green Flag to check if they can identify trust, respect, communication and kindness with made up situations! Some super conversations and questions asked

We’ve been sharing an STI series over the last few weeks on the build up to S**G week and now it’s finally here!🍌🌸

This week we’re talking about syphilis. 🦠👇🏼

It’s a bacterial infection that can be passed on through s*xual contact and it’s usually straightforward to treat when it’s found early.

Getting tested is the best way to look after your health, especially as symptoms aren’t always obvious.

If you’re under 25, we offer free STI testing and free treatment.
Confidential, non-judgemental care.
