But that doesn’t mean it’s all bad. P**n can be useful when it’s watched mindfully — to learn what you might like, to see that there’s a wide spectrum of desire, and to normalise curiosity.

The key is remembering that p**n is performed, scripted, and edited — not a guide to real-life intimacy.

Real s*x can be funny, messy, full of breaks and giggles, socks still on, awkward angles, communication, contraception, and care. That’s what makes it real. 💞

Consume consciously. Talk openly. Learn with curiosity, not shame.

Menstruation Matters turns 9!🩸✨

What better way to celebrate than their Annual Period Party? This year’s theme: Witches of the World Unite 🌙

We were honoured to have our own table — Team Solstice Sisters — and had the most magical night: brewing potions, sharing period stories, and cackling together under a crescent moon of sisterhood.

Huge thanks to for another unforgettable evening — and for nine years of breaking taboos, building community, and making menstruation matter. A cause we’ll always stand by 💜✨
