Good afternoon everyone 👋👋

I write this with great sadness and a heavy heart. 💓

But it’s time for me to retire. 🥹

The past year has been a tough one in many ways and it has showed me that it’s time to enjoy time with John my wee mum my girls and amazing grand children.

We never know how much time we have and it’s now time for me to relax and enjoy life 😍

Weightliz has been one of best achievements in life and il always be proud of what we built together.
