Our lead therapist Janine has a Bachelors of Science degree in the field, specialising in massage therapy for stress related disorders and how they effect your body. We also have other therapists who are highly trained in massage therapy as a way of encouraging body management and recovery.

Our Story

We are a specialist massage centre aimed at promoting effective and clinical massage therapy in Northern Ireland. We specialise in working with people with injuries, chronic pain or anxiety issues. Our lead therapist Janine has a Bachelors of Science degree in the field, specialising in massage therapy for stress related disorders and how they effect your body. We also have other therapists who are highly trained in massage therapy as a way of encouraging body management and recovery. This can be through meditative work, or sports and deep tissue massage therapy.

We love working with people who are suffering pain and discomfort to allow them to get relief from their aches, pains and tensions. We also enjoy working with people living with life long conditions, who need help with their body or pain management.
