🟣April is Stress Awareness Month. It's a time to pause, reflect, and check in with ourselves and each other.

As a health and safety training provider, we talk every day about protecting people. More recently in JMD we’ve been reminded in a very real way that wellbeing goes far beyond the physical.

Stress isn’t always visible. It can build quietly, behind the scenes, while we carry on with our responsibilities. This month, we encourage everyone, individuals, teams, and organisations to make space for conversations, to listen without judgment, and to reach out when support is needed.

Taking care of people means creating environments where it’s okay to not be okay, and where help is always within reach.

Let’s continue to look out for one another. 💜

💚 JMD Team Takes on the Mighty Hike for Macmillan! 🚶 🥾

This has been a really hard year with losing Maire and in her honour we are proud to announce that the JMD team will be taking part in the Giants Causeway Mighty Half Marathon Hike on 20th June to support Macmillan Cancer Support.

This incredible challenge will see our team hike along the stunning Giants Causeway coastal route, all while raising vital funds for people living with cancer and their families.

Every step we take helps Macmillan continue providing essential support, care, and guidance to those who need it most.
