Core Belfast was established in 2002 by Pamela Neal, Chartered Physiotherapist and Body Control Pilates teacher.

It is a bespoke studio offering Reformer and Mat Pilates classes and Physiotherapy management of a variety of conditions.

This class is taught by lovely All our classes run in blocks to develop consistency and progression over time. This also helps your teacher get to know your body and facilitate individually so you achieve the best results safely from using the reformer. We do not therefore offer drop in or class passes and this has worked with great results for many years here at our established authentic Pilates studio. We have a space remaining on Tuesday 6.15 Beginner reformer. Please check re availability before booking online. All other reformer classes require some experience but we can add further sessions so do get in touch if there is not something to suit. We use classic Studio Reformers at Core Belfast. They are the best reformers available chosen by top Pilates instructors worldwide. Long wide carriages well padded for a comfortable glide, solid maple frames, moulded adjustable shoulder pads for comfort, padded footbar, strong padded double loops for comfort grip around hands and feet. have been manufacturing reformers for 40 years and are top of the game whilst staying true to the original design of They’re almost too comfortable to work on 😜

Welcome to lovely Alex 😊. Alex is a Pilates instructor and physiotherapist with a strong background in sports including Judo and strength training. Combining her clinical expertise with a passion for movement, she brings a supportive, well-rounded approach to both reformer and mat Pilates. Excited to begin this new chapter, she looks forward to helping people move better, build strength, and enjoy the many benefits of Pilates.
There are spaces remaining in Alex’s Mat class Wednesday 7.30pm starting 1st Sept. DM for details and to book.

This is a 6 week beginner block introducing the basics of Pilates and Reformer and open to all levels of fitness and ability and will be taught by Chartered Physiotherapist Alex joining us at the studio.
