Parkmanor residents were joined by the fabulous Jukebox Jenny for a lovely intergenerational dance and movement session during half term.

Jenny even got the staff's circulation going with amazing moves and colourful accessories.

We worked up that much of a sweat some even skipped the gym that day! 💪

The Great Parkmanor Bake Off, Halloween Edition!

We took some down time from partying to whip up some scary shortbread and cupcakes 🧁

Today we were so busy dancing we took no photos!

And that wraps up our Halloween events for 2025. We can hear The Pogues and Mariah Carey warming up as we write this!

Continuing our celebrations for Spooky Season, we were joined today by a new performer, DJ Edward McMullan who provided the tunes for our Halloween Tea Dance 🕺 💃

With the beats playing and our residents boogying, we are fairly sure any passing witches or ghosts wished they could have joined us and had a jolly good time! 👻 🧙‍♀️

When we finally got rid of that pesky goblin who was haunting the halls of Parkmanor and traumatising the children, it was time for our annual pumpkin palooza! 🎃

We had an unexpected visitor at our Creepy Carnival on Saturday... Is anyone missing a Goblin?!!😱

It is approximately 4ft tall, covered in popcorn, auburn hair with a long nose and a Nursing qualification. 😆Free to a good home!....

When the clock struck midnight yesterday a creepiness descended upon our care home.......

And from the tallows came cackling creatures in their droves, ready to give you the creepiest carnival you ever did see 👀

With ghoulish games and freakishly fabulous food we danced until we died to the blood curdling beats of DJ Joe 🎶

Thank you all for joining us once again and have a happy and haunted Halloween!

Don't forget to join us tomorrow for our Carnival of Screams! With DJ Joe on board to help you dance until you die, we have fancy dress, games, face painting, a fortune teller, disco dome, raffles, food and drinks!!!

Join us for a fantastic Halloween event on Saturday 25th Oct! With lots of surprises in store, it's set to be our biggest and best party yet!👀

From 4.30pm-7pm, we will have great entertainment and food for everyone to enjoy.
