By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms.

1.1 All appointments must be booked in advance.

5.3 Some treatments (e.g., HD BrowSculpt, advanced facials, chemical peels) may require patch testing.

8.1 We kindly ask all clients to attend their appointments alone.
8.2 Please do not bring accompanying persons or children to your appointment.

9.1 We operate under strict hygiene and sterilisation procedures.
9.2 Any abusive, inappropriate, or disrespectful behaviour will result in immediate termination of appointment and refusal of future services.

10.1 We accept cash and card payments.
10.2 Full payment is required at the end of each treatment unless prepaid.

11.1 Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
11.2 Vouchers must be used before the expiry date.
11.3 If a client fails to attend their appointment without sufficient notice (no-show), the gift voucher will be considered fully redeemed.
11.4 Late cancellations may result in partial or full redemption of the voucher at the discretion of Infinity Clinic.

12.1 If you are dissatisfied, please inform us within 48 hours of your treatment.

13.2 Infinity Clinic also reserves the right to refuse or discontinue any treatment at its discretion without providing a reason.
13.3 For hygiene and safety reasons, clients are strictly prohibited from touching professional equipment, tools, treatment devices, or any materials used to perform treatments unless instructed by a member of staff.
