Call for Volunteers – Keen Walkers

ABC Trust is beginning early work on an exciting new project for the city.
We are now seeking at least 10 walking volunteers who have experience in walking a 25KM route. Your experience and feedback will be vital in shaping this new project and ensuring it reflects the true spirit of what it is we want to acheive.
This is at an early stage of development, and much work is still to be done – but your involvement will play a key role in making it a reality for our community.

Just keeping all our neighbours and community up to date with our progress and as you can see we are nearly there. As you can see we have created a welcoming Entrance and Plaza area that will lend itself to Artisan Markets, outdoor Festive Events and more. We are asking that the community look after the Hub, we have a low railing because we want to move away from High Fences locking people out. Soon you can all enjoy what the Hub has to offer.

This week we were visited by Rosa Sulley, Esme Fairbairn’s Funding Manager Lead on Creative, Confident Communities with a focus on local economies, place-based regeneration and community-led change. Rosa was accompanied by Charlie Fisher from Development Trusts NI.
