Self growth is the most rewarding thing you can give to yourself. When you wake up and feel good about who you are. The journey you have explored not just outside but also inside. You bring a brighter and stronger spark of light into your being. You become magnetic and feel richer. Not because you have overwhelming material objects but because you have found your path. Your riches inside. You understand more. You learn and you get to know wonderful insights and awaken to more.

That's what Reiki healing does. It helps you to see more clearly the beautiful brighter person you can become. The person that you are already. The REAL YOU without the pain and lack of understanding.
You get to step forward, to rise and shine brighter.

Reiki is my most favourite treatment I have ever experienced or given to others. There is something very special that happens. It's in the hands of God/ Source/, it's the love that flows through you. It moves through the channel and into you to brighten your vibes, heal your heart and bring peace to your soul.

If you have any questions about Reiki please ask πŸ’œ

Hello friends, as you welcome November you might also like to welcome some insight into how to ease the flow of worrying thoughts. Or any thoughts for that matter 😁
I won't put one page up and leave you wondering lol. I am sharing these pages as I know someone out there would find this read quite as useful as I have.

So...I decided to do a little reading. Of course my go to is usually something I can learn from that helps with inner growth. I do tend to take notions with reading and today this book was sat right at the front. I don't even remember buying this book but hey ho I guess when I left it to the front it would be a reminder to myself that I must open it up and read it the next time I am picking books to read.

Enjoy the read and maybe you will also learn something of interest about thoughts πŸ’β˜ΊοΈπŸ₯°

We each know ourselves on deeper levels than anyone else could ever know.

Every woman has a story and each man has a tale to tell.

Let us remember how much inspiration and wisdom we have to share.
Let us remember how we each have remastered our life's path so far and the strength and resilience it takes to live in the light of your own truth.

And let us not forget that the most important person to like is you yourself. That's where the magic begins and where your confidence and self esteem shall grow from. The ability to honour who you are.

The presence you give to yourself matters.

Let us not forget our profound ability that shall honour the naturistic aspects towards becoming our true selves for we each shall stand the test of time in aligning authentically and with purpose.

We can all master our lives by understanding that in reality the only way you need to be is to be clearly seeing yourself for the beautiful soul that you are.

Find love in knowing what lights you up and continue to be inspired by sharing yourself in your highest and most loving form.

Be yourself and the right people will love you.
As this feather is colourful and light it is your destiny to be that too.

The wonderful thing in life is that we get to install self belief, adopt self compassion, be consistent with building confidence and learn to refocus on what positively serves us best. Remind yourself how far you have come and where you would like to be... let's say this time next year. Always taking one step at a time.

It is within each person's ability to pave a brighter path for themselves. This can be achieved by holding less resistance, accepting change and letting go of what no longer serves them!.

Change is transformation! Sometimes we choose it and sometimes it is thrust upon us, however if you are reading this and maybe you feel you are not ready for change right now and feel out of the circle of control then be gentle on yourself. Keep the faith, the universe is always working for you and for your best good.

Taking your control back is the most powerful way to bring you back to being at peace within yourself. Move into the circle of control 😊

Age doesn't make us wiser. Our ability to see and to feel more does. Our ability to listen and be self aware does.
Always remember to get back on your chariot and hold on tightly to those reins.

You don't have to buy a positive attitude it's free. You just build upon it and it grows stronger. Trust and have faith in redirection should it ever come. We don't have to be responsible for what we cannot control. All we have to do is be appreciative and grateful for changes. For movement and for life. That we get to evolve, to transcend, to experience, learn and grow moving in and out of it all whilst transforming in different ways.

When we have love and encouragement we gain a deeper ability of knowing and feeling our worth.

We should be reminded that there is an ebb and flow in life and we each move through it endlessly. Be gentle on yourself each day whatever you move through and always remember that the most powerful love that we can receive is the love we unconditionally give to ourselves

By cultivating gratitude and taking time each day to be thankful you will most certainly draw positivity around you. Gratitude can be a gentle heart opener that can bring peace, clarity and joy. 😊πŸ₯°

This is my youngest grandson Jonah. He is the sweetest little boy. Jonah was three earlier in the year. He has Autism and his speech has not developed as well as normally expected. Jonah has made up a language of his own therefore understanding what he is asking for takes time and must be quite frustrating for Jonah at times when he is not with those who don't know his little language. His brother Arlo seems to know him so well and keeps me right. They are best friends and so supportive to one another.
Jonah asked for Gogo on the TV which turned out to be - zipity toilet. Bouw was for - drink/ juice.

So....The sweetest thing happened yesterday evening while we were having a cuddle in the park as Arlo tried out the lower bike ramps as he prepared for the bigger ramps for the first time and If I may say he gave it a go and absolutely loved it 😍

I took a snapshot and when I showed it to Jonah I asked him, ' who is that'?, he said "A me and youw and then again "a me and youw"

Two words together and his mama is so chuffed. Shauna is an absolute gem of a mum. I'm so proud to have her as my daughter. Shauna took a pic of herself and Jonah and asked him, Who is this?, how sweet when he said "Mummy and me" "Mummy and me". πŸ˜€β™₯️

With his ever so caring siblings and parents who all each adore Jonah he is very much loved and so cared for. Jonah can ask for milk in Irish too which his teacher was so excited to relay back. So progress is slow but we are all so excited to see what comes next.

A very special milestone to cross for both Jonah and his proud mummy.
Jonah is the most gentle sweet little soul with a family who share an array of affection, kindness, patience and love.
