He specialises in weight loss, sport specific training and injury rehab. Andy Magowan is a vastly experienced personal trainer with over 8 years experience in the industry. Andy is a qualified sports masseur and lower back pain specialist. Andy brings a fun a dynamic aspect to all his workouts. Come and check us out for some classes and Personal training. Consistency beats intensity. Every. Single. Time.

This photo isn’t random.
I deliberately chose Karen and Lesley because they embody what real progress actually looks like.

They don’t always feel amazing.
Sometimes they’re sore.
Sometimes work gets in the way.
Sometimes menopause makes things harder.
Sometimes they arrive late, tired, or not feeling 100%.

But here’s the difference👇
They show up anyway.

They have non-negotiables.
One of them? Steps. Minimum 10,000 per day.

And here’s the part that blows my mind…
👉 Karen is in YEAR 5 of never missing a 10k step day. Ever. Not once.

No extremes.
No all-or-nothing.
No waiting to feel motivated.

Just consistency, stacked over time.
