The Dynes Family – Acknowledgement. The Dynes family would like to express their heartfelt thanks to all who supported them during the recent loss of Brenda. We are deeply grateful to the doctors, the day and night district nursing teams, and all who attended Brenda throughout her illness. Our sincere thanks also go to the many friends, neighbours and relatives who visited, offered support, or helped in any way during this difficult time. There are too many people to thank individually, but we wish to extend our sincere appreciation to everyone who attended the wake and funeral, as well as those who joined us from afar through online services. Thank you to all who sent cards, letters, and messages of sympathy. We offer special thanks to Fr. McGrady and Fr. Neeson for their devoted care to Brenda during her illness and for the beautiful Requiem Mass. We also extend our thanks to the singers, musicians, readers, and altar servers who contributed so meaningfully to the service. Our gratitude also goes to Ian, Neil and Lindsay of J Smith Funeral Directors for the professional and dignified service provided. Thank you to Angus Farm Shop and the Portaferry Hotel for supplying food during the wake. Finally, we extend our thanks to Kirkistown Castle Golf Club for the excellent meal and service after the funeral. Brenda’s Month’s Mind Mass will take place on 22nd November 2025 at 5pm in St. Patrick’s Church, Ballygalget. Your kindness and support have been a great comfort to us all. The Dynes Family
