I take people into a light trance which is completely safe , where they are relaxed but have heightened awareness and can absorb positive suggestions. I am a serving paramedic now semi retired who understands the value of hypnotherapy having experienced it myself . It inspired me to complete a course so to support my colleagues and others in times of anxiety and boost confidence .
