Just a little update January is now fully booked. If you need to cancel your appointment please give at least 24hrs notice.

There are lots of appointments already blocked booked for up and coming events.
(This is your reminder please book early to avoid disappointment) 🙈

Look who came for their recovery massages after a very busy week in Killarney last week. 🤗

Eimear- A very deserving champion ❤️

She is an outstanding Irish dancer and has been attending me from I started out doing sports massage, a very hard working and great girl. Massive well done Eimear 🤩

Pictured alongside her sister Niamh who danced at her first ever worlds and came an amazing 9th.
I would also like to congratulate all the other girls who have been attending me before the worlds you all done amazing 🤩
