Our wonderful residents have been having an amazing time celebrating the season with our festive wreath photobooth — and don’t forget to spot Arnold hiding in the picture!! 🎄👀 His little surprise appearance definitely added to the fun!

Look at these lovely smiles from our residents! Their joy truly lights up the room. This time of year brings so much warmth to our home, as everyone enjoys reminiscing about Christmases gone by, sharing precious memories with their families, and watching the excitement on their children’s and grandchildren’s faces.

The laughter, storytelling, and sense of togetherness make Belper Views feel extra magical during the festive season. ❤️✨

We’re so grateful to share these special moments with our residents and their loved ones.

We’re delighted to welcome all family and friends to join us for an afternoon of festive fun at Belper Views!

Come along on Tuesday 16th December 2025, from 2pm – 5pm, and enjoy live music, refreshments, party games, and plenty of Christmas cheer.

It’s a wonderful opportunity to come together, make memories, and celebrate the season with our lovely residents.

You’ll be helping our wonderful Activities Co-ordinators with games, crafts, music sessions, themed events, and even fun outings with our residents. Every day is different — and full of smiles! 😄

🎃 Today the lovely ladies and gentleman took on Pumpkin Carving 2025! 🎃
Everyone had so much fun creating their spooky masterpieces, and we even made some salt dough decorations to add to the Halloween magic! 👻
Our residents have absolutely loved getting into the spooky spirit — what a fantastic day! 🧡🕸️

🌿 Trip to Matlock Farm Park! 🐴

What a fantastic day out we had with Tom, Betty, Judith, Adelaide, and Sue at Matlock Farm Park! We met so many lovely animals — meerkats, horses, Highland cows, donkeys, goats, sheep, pigs, wallabies, rabbits, ducks, tortoise, and even some reptiles! 🦙🐖🐐🐢🐍 🦎

A big highlight of the day was feeding the horses and watching the fascinating leaf cutter ants carrying their leaves through the tubes — such clever little workers! 🐜💚

We then enjoyed a delicious lunch, and the staff were absolutely amazing — they kindly gave us a side room with plenty of space for wheelchairs, which made everything so comfortable and relaxed 🙏🏻

Before heading home, we couldn’t resist a little mooch around the gift shop, and everyone picked up a few lovely bits to take home as souvenirs 🛍️🖤

Today, the lovely ladies and gents enjoyed a wonderful outing to the beautiful Belper River Gardens. 🦦
Surrounded by autumn colours and crisp fresh air, they sipped on warm drinks, indulged in delicious cake, and shared laughter by the riverside.
The ducks were eager for a snack, and the geese made a grand appearance too! A peaceful day filled with good company, nature, and plenty of smiles.
