Shine With Tabitha Yoga Shine with Tabitha Yoga is a beautiful boutique Yoga and Pilates Studio in Belper. I provide a relaxed and welcoming environment.

I am a fully qualified British Wheel of Yoga instructor and Level 3 Pilates teacher. My classes suit all levels and build power,strength and flexibility. Yoga provides a holistic approach to body mind and spirit. Whether you want to address stress, inquiry, build core strength, or just come for general relaxation and enjoyment my classes are focused yet fun. Please message me to find out more.

“I absolutely loved the reformer taster session. I found the studio and staff to be lovely and welcoming. I like the fact that it is an intimate class and felt that Tabitha was very attentive.

Yoga Care For Cancer - for all those who are going through cancer treatment, have been diagnosed with cancer or who are post-treatment, I offer a gentle yoga practice with relaxation to nourish the body & mind, and to help relieve stress.
These classes are currently funded by Amber Valley Council and are FREE.
Tuesdays, 12.15pm-1.15pm.
