Thai Yoga Massage connecting you to your 'inner self'

As well as all the physical benefits of receiving a Thai Yoga Massage, it also works on many other levels helping to bring about a sense of peace, calm and positive well being throughout the entire body.
The session uses a combination of stretches and applied deep pressure in a rhythmic flowing sequence, so whilst the body feels rejuvenated and helps increase flexibility is also increases self awareness, it allows you to become more 'present' and focus on your inner self.
The natural flow of the sessions allows you to turn inward, shut off the mind and enter a meditative state.
Thai Yoga Massage is non intrusive, performed on a futon mattress on the floor with you fully clothed that works within your own boundaries making your experience completely comfortable so your mind can stay relaxed and peaceful. Elements that allow you to feel harmoniously balanced in body and mind, ready to face all challenges you face in day to day life.

We will be running a new 4 week mindfulness course at the Strutts Community Centre in Belper starting on Saturday 8th January 2022.

The course is a specially designed 4 week course focusing on the theory and practice of mindfulness and how developing a regular practice can help keep balance and equanimity within the stresses of modern day society.

Thai Yoga Place has been able to keep its prices the same for the past 3 years, however, due to the inflation in living costs we are now having to increase our prices accordingly.
