• Slowly, your identity fades, and you feel mentally unstable—not because you are weak, but because of psychological abuse.

Truth:
A narcissist doesn’t love you as a person.
He loves control, admiration, and power.

Healing begins when you recognize the pattern, set boundaries, and choose yourself again.
