. Well what a fantastic and emotional day, when Faith booked her friends in from the duo Raffles, singing songs from Chas and Dave, to find out Ron who plays in the duo, recognised one of 's gentleman Graham, with whom was a musician and used to do an open mic night with Ron, at The Shepherd and Dog pub. Ring hadn't seen Graham for a couple of years, so it was quite emotional when walked Graham over to him, Faith introduced Ron and Graham instinctly knew him. Graham gave Ron such a hug and his smile beamed. Along with the other ladies and gents of sang and danced the afternoon away. Ron and Dave along with some other musician who we found out are linked with Graham and Faith, are going to organise a little get together for Graham so he can play along with them, on his harmonica and guitar. This is a special moment not to be missed. Friends reuniting again.

Highlights include maintaining our place in the Top 20 Large Care Providers in the nationwide Carehome.co.uk Awards, and reaching new records in recording zero use of agency team members, allowing us to provide consistent, familiar care delivered by teams who truly know and care about the people they support.

Above all, we are proud of the relationships built, the moments shared, and the trust placed in us by the people we support and their families. These connections are at the heart of everything we do.

As we look ahead to the New Year, we are excited to build on this success, with some wonderful plans on the horizon that we can’t wait to share with you. Thank you for being part of our journey – together, we continue to make a real difference.
