Want abs!?!?

The truth is adjusting what you eat and eating healthy will give you more chance of seeing your abs than any ab exercise ever will.

But …

If you still want some exercises here you go.

Ab routine.

Crunches - 3 x 10-20 reps nice and slow
Leg raises - 3 x 10-20 reps
Plank - 3 x 10-30 secs depending on ability.

Do these once or twice per week, that’s it!

This may not seem much as you don’t need to train them everyday to get results. They need to recover, just like other muscle groups.

And remember to see those abs reducing body fat is key.
