Hello everyone!
I've already had a fantastic response to an advert asking for help, however I'm still in need of people to contribute to my 100 treatment quota towards my level 3 qualification in Reflexology.

By applying pressure to specific pressure points reflexology can promote;

A quick note regarding appointments... 🌿

​While I completely understand that life happens and sometimes things get in the way, I wanted to share a gentle reminder about my booking policy.

​As many of you know, these sessions—especially for Reflexology—are incredibly important to me. Not only is this my livelihood, but each session is an essential criteria for me to complete my professional qualification.

​The Policy Update:

​Deposits: Moving forward, I will be strictly enforcing my deposit policy for all new bookings (if you already have a date in the diary, don't worry—this doesn't apply to you!).

​No-Shows: In the event of a no-show or repeated last-minute cancellations, the deposit will be forfeited.

​Future Bookings: To rebook after a no-show, 100% of the treatment cost must be paid upfront.

​Thank you so much for supporting my journey and respecting my time! I can’t wait to see you on the table soon. ✨

✨ Seeking Volunteers for Reflexology Case Studies ✨

I am a currently working toward my Level 3 qualification in Reflexology.

For my professional portfolio, I am looking for people to experience the benefits of reflexology and help me reach my goal of 100 case studies!

Reflexology is a gentle, non-invasive therapy that works on the reflex points of the feet to help with:

✅ Stress & Anxiety
✅ Sleep issues & Fatigue
✅ Managing aches and tension
✅ General relaxation and wellbeing

The Details:

The following are requirements for my course;

✨ I am looking for 6 people that I can work on for a number of sessions (potentially 8-10) to track the progress of the reflexology treatment working.
✨I am also looking for people who might not want to commit to a full course of treatment but are willing to let me practice to reach my 100 case study requirement for my course.

💰 Price: Only £15 per session (Special student rate to cover salon room rent and insurance and materials).

📍 Location: Aspire hair & beauty , Bentley

🕒 What’s included: A full health & lifestyle consultation followed by a professional reflexology treatment - as I am still learning I would allow an hour per session. I may also record sessions so I can use it as evidence of my treatments, social media content and critiquing of my technique.

Because I am still a student, I will ask for your honest feedback after the session to include in my logbook. Help me tick off my 100-treatment goal!
