Something that struck me yesterday with a client was... "I didn't know how to show up for my appointment" and I didn't even think about this.

Many people have never had a massage before, so here's a little list for you;

✨Please show up with a bare face, you are beautiful with or without make up. This means your treatment can start sooner.

✨Wear comfortable clothing, that's easy to take off. I know people are self conscious and have hang ups, but all bodies are beautiful and I'm not interested in your body shape, I'm interested in providing you with a massage that helps you relax.

✨Body hair. I don't care. I'm not fussed if you've not shaved your legs. Let's face it, it's winter still and everyone appreciates that extra level of insulation!

✨Hair - tied back if possible, again. If it's not been washed for a couple of days that's fine! *ESPECIALLY* if you're having an Indian head or aromatherapy massage, as I'll be putting oil through it anyways.

My sole focus is not your looks, size, shape. My sole focus is helping you relax and enjoy a well deserved bit of self care. 💆🏻‍♀️💕
