I’m Lorna, the heart behind Tru Reiki here in Berkhamsted. My path to becoming a holistic practitioner has been shaped by life’s challenges, deep curiosity about human behaviour, and a calling to help others heal.
Everything changed after I lost my father, my best friend and experienced my first heartbreak, all in the space of two years. Traditional counselling and talking therapy helped, but something still felt missing. When I had my first Reiki session, I experienced one hour of pure serenity, harmony, and peace , something I had never felt before. It gave me clarity, hope, and a profound reconnection to myself. I didn’t need to understand how it worked, I just knew it was transforming me — inside and out.
