Monday, the challenge of the week ahead. It’s here, so let’s embrace al that’s coming this week, take a quick stretch, smile and remember your awesomeness and then get out into the world and see what comes your way. Believing in yourself is the first step to others belief in you. So enough procrastination and just get on with it x You’re amazing and the world is waiting for you.

Last Sunday morning, the world wrapped in mist and I walked Basil in the field near my house where a magnificent sycamore stands.
I played. Took photos. Laughed at myself. And somewhere between the roots, and the fog, I remembered what it feels like to be fully present.
I pulled a rusted nail from her bark and she shook, the mist fell from her leaves like tears.
A small moment. A quiet exchange.
A reminder that connection can happen any where, of what it means to stand tall through change.
