If you are really interested in the Refresher session happening this coming Wednesday at 10.30am please can you message me directly asap. We will be meeting in the carpark in front of Ashridge House. We will be practicing a few technique tips but more importantly learning how to really walk up & integrate our feet & legs into our walk.

This saturday the forecast looks good for our 8.45am walk starting near the Full Moon in Cholesbury. We'll be exploring a 4 mile circuit which takes us past unusual hand forged sheep sculptures, into the moat of an Iron Age fort, with views of the old windmill. All finished off with a social cuppa at the pub. Come for the Nature, to move in the fresh air & the camararderie, & maybe with a spare bag to collect some of the many delicious windfalls along the way.

9.15am start from the Alford Arms in Frithsden tomorrow for a scenic 5 mile circuit towards Golden Valley, a view from Covetous Corner, via the Amaravati monastery, & back up the fascinating sunken 'roman' road at Nettleden. Plenty of gradient variety to get the heart pumping & the body buzzing!
