I am back from Tuscany next week 11th August. I have no internet in Tuscany for days since the horrendous storms. Writing this from a friends computer. I will contact everyone asap when I get home, or when I have computer access. There will be a Bayoga Class on Monday18th August. I will keep you posted on everything else.

New Class Saturday Morning 11:15 at the Pilates Place. Back to Basics Beginners Class. The class will be Fletcher Fundimentals - Breath Led Movement. There are a couple of places left. This is a small class so book your spot.

A new era begins today, planning for new beginnings. It is all very exciting. I think we will start with a new class. Saturday Fletcher Fusion, Floor, Barre and Towel work. If interestede please contact me as places will be limited.

It's taken some time, but I am now hearing more and more the rhythmic inhale and exhale all at the same time a beautiful sound in the class. Monday and Tuesday group you really do rock.
