Perfect little spot for morning coffee and goal planning. Feeling very relaxed and have certainly recharged the batteries. Reformer Pilates and a lymph rejuvenating massage booked for later. I’m going to feel like a new woman! Feeling very fortunate and grateful to relax in this fabulous location. Plus I’m eating like a Queen! Tip for the day, basil and pineapple infused water is the bomb ! Who knew it tasted so good. Getting lots of breakfast ideas here. Hope you are all enjoying your Bank Holiday.

Yes it’s hot, but I’m embracing the joy of the warmth and how we live in a beautiful country. How can this not lift your mood. Stunning. My favourite form of exercise. Find out what you love and go for it. Don’t feel you can only exercise in a gym. Plenty of ways to get a work out and embrace nature. # exercisefun

Brilliant post from Dr Deepak Ravindran on the power of lifestyle medicine on chronic illnesses. This needs to be rolled out to all GP surgeries. I saw evidence yesterday of hugely successful trials across the country. It has a powerful impact on health at a time where we have to find affordable alternatives - it’s a no brainer as far as I am concerned. # healthcoach
