Grounding✨

Not being grounded can have a negative impact on our lives, we can sometimes be way off balance

Grounding put simply means being aligned to Earth energy

There are lots of positive reasons to take a little time to ground yourself….I put together some good reasons to ground and also how to try to if you aren’t sure

For me, the minutes before I took this photo…I really appreciated the sun and the way it all looked, it was being in the moment and grounding 💗simple things like this
