We’re making a few gentle tweaks to the schedule to bring you even more of what you love. ✨

Tuesdays will now flow from a calming Gentle Vinyasa at 6.15pm with our lovely , straight into an energising Rocket class at 7.30pm with the amazing . So whatever your vibe on a Tuesday evening - we’ve got you 💛

Thursday nights are becoming our cosy corner of the week with Warm Yin & Sound. Slow down and melt into the evening…and if you’re feeling up for it, pair it with Hot Vinyasa beforehand for a dreamy double (and feel extra toasty during the cold winter nights!).

will still be holding her much loved Wednesday morning Sambaddha class, so you can catch her there for her beautiful, embodied midweek practice.

✨Charity Yoga Class✨

✨Give Back This Christmas ✨

Join Layla on Sunday 14th December for a beautifully nourishing candlelit yoga session, supporting two wonderful local charities - Toy Hub and Hector’s House.

The class will begin with gentle, flowing movement to release tension before slowing down into deeply restorative yin postures - an evening to move, breathe and unwind together by candlelight. Afterwards, stay for tea and mince pies, time to chat and soak up the cosy festive spirit.

About the Charities

Toy Hub helps local families by providing gifts for children aged 0-18, making sure every child has something special to open on Christmas Day.

Hector’s House is a local su***de prevention and mental health awareness charity, founded in memory of Hector Stringer. Their mission is to encourage open conversations about mental health and ensure everyone can access the help they need.

All proceeds from this class will go directly to these charities - a chance for us to come together, move mindfully, and give back to our community this Christmas.
