Do you need some space to rest and restore your energies? Want to move forward in your yoga practice? Feel like you deserve a treat for your mind, body and spirit after a long year?

Soraya and I will be running two retreats at this idyllic Andalusian villa in Oct/Nov 2015. The villa is set within stunning landscaped gardens, nestled in the hills, with views across the sea to Africa. We will have exclusive access to the fully equipped yoga studio, heated indoor swimming pool, outdoor infinity pool, massage room and plenty of room either indoor or outdoor to find a quiet secluded space for contemplation, meditation or reading. Just 10 min away by foot are 8 miles of sandy beaches.

There are a few spaces left. We welcome Iyengar students from beginner to advanced, to join us for what will be a very special week together.
