2 thick slabs of gooey chocolate brownies, a bag of organic white chocolate fudge and a bag of organic coconut macaroons fill a regular box.

The medium box also has a bag of pistachio and cranberry Cantuccini and the large box includes an additional bag of salted caramel fudge.

Fudge chunks, crunchy salted caramel, pieces, buttery shortbread and a lot of chocolate. Have to keep trying it to make sure it’s ok 😂

My new recipe and a marriage made in heaven!

Peppermint fondant crisp! The deliciousness starts with a thick base layer of crispy broken homemade oaties, chewy desiccated coconut, melted butter and dark chocolate, covered with a smooth and creamy mint fondant layer, finished off with a final layer of tempered chocolate.

Too many hours working with chocolate in my kitchen for the last few weeks; 15kgs used in total.

Decided to post Friday’s breakfast; a little something I rustled up with a lovely piece of undyed smoked haddock I had left after making 44 fish pies.

Sweetie Nougat. This creation ended with a very sticky clear down, it was literally everywhere!

I love a traditional nut nougat but has these cute sweeties hanging around so thought it might make a good Christmas idea. Tastes absolutely delicious but I personally prefer it with nuts so watch this space for the next sticky instalment.

A Ferrero Rocher celebration cake I rustled up for a customer order.

7 thin layers of moist chocolate cake generously covered with a chocolate hazelnut ganache, a generous sprinkling of finely chopped hazelnuts and covered in white chocolate buttercream and finally smothered with a rich chocolate ganache drip topping.

4 hour sticky beef stew - the secret is the selection of ingredients to tenderise the meat and deepen the flavours but most of all is the very long slow cook on a low heat which renders a sticky sauce, bags of flavour and the very tenderest of meat.

Chocolate cake can sometimes be a little dry; not this one!

The remit...... To supply a birthday cake with summer fruits and some chocolate.

The end result! Fresh summer berries coated in a summer berry jelly. There is a thick white chocolate cream layer above and between 2 layers of moist chocolate sponge.

Looks amazing, tastes amazing!

Salted caramel and chocolate chip cookie tray bake.......

Layers of cookie dough with a generous smothering of salted caramel and handfuls of chocolate chips baked until just the right proportion of cookie dough against cooked cookie mixture, oozing caramel and molten chocolate........

All my favourite flavours in miniature; which do you fancy most?

Orange & polenta cake - very moist and a little goes a long way.
Courgette, avacado & lime - full of greens so the healthy option.
Lemon syrup - moist, fluffy with a tangy syrup throughout.
Pistachio frangipane - luxury in a slice, full of protein and flavour.
Chocolate chip & salted caramel cookie bake - everything naughty in this one.....but sooooo good.
Almond & coconut - like a bakewell without the cherry or jam.
Coconut macaroon - crispy on the outside, soft & chewy on the inside.
Chocolate Brownie - it’s reputation precedes it.
Rocky Road - more rocky, less road, one bite’s never enough.
