Don't let this bleak, dark January weather put you off coming for a massage! We are nearly out of it and into February!

My room is warm and cosy, with a heated massage bed and soft lighting. A massage will restore and revive you.

What you get out of your therapy is entirely up to you. Before our session I will chat to you about what you want from your massage, ensuring I understand your
needs and any issues. I offer full or half body massages (one hour or half an hour) and will tailor each session to suit you, focussing on particular areas of tension.

If you opt for a half body massage, this could focus on the lower back, upper back, neck and shoulders, or you may wish to use the time to relieve tension in
your legs and feet.

I also offer hot stone and Indian head massage.
