🎉 Choices4Growth is officially 8 years old! 🎉

It’s hard to believe how far we have come. This year our incredible team has continued to work tirelessly and the need for support in our community has only grown. We are proud to be here for those who need us most.

We want to take a moment to thank all our dedicated fundraisers, wonderful supporters and volunteers who have given their time, taken on challenges and organised celebrations to raise essential funds for C4G!

We know times are tough and the world feels a little 'odd', but every donation helps us continue our work. 🙏

❗️FREE GROUP SUPPORT SESSION 👋

Our Tuesday Trauma group is back on 2nd & 9th December, with our trained and qualified counsellors. We are a safe space group with alike individuals and our trained professionals discussing relationship traumas and recognising a healthy relationship.
The trauma group will bring together those who have experienced a traumatic event(s) in a relationship.
Such events can harm a person’s sense of safety, sense of self and ability to regulate emotions and navigate relationships and recognise a healthy relationship. We will discuss traumas and focus on recognising healthy relationships.

Please note, we will be discussing negative relationships and traumas in a friendly, open, safe space, amongst alike individuals in a confidential environment.

Our sessions are lead by our trained and qualified counsellors:

This year’s theme is “Access to Services”; a powerful reminder that everyone deserves support, understanding, and the right help when they need it most.

At Choices4Growth, we’re committed to breaking down barriers and creating safe, welcoming spaces for anyone who may be struggling with their mental health.
