I’m a bit wedding out after last week so I’ve left Steve in charge of my diary for November as it’s also half term week and I’m slowing down slightly while the boys are off.

As October is approaching I’m filling up fast with appointments. There is also a week where the boys are on half term holiday and I’m taking some time off to spend with them as then it’s full steam ahead to December.

I am closed on Thursday this week and won’t be replying to any messages until Friday.

As the dust settles on a full on week back at work. Kids are back to school. I have done plenty of leg massages this week as it’s great north run week and I’ve a couple to do next week on a post massage session. My good luck is to all of those doing it for all the amazing charities out there. I do know the pain you’re going to experience over the 13.1 miles. 2019 was the last time I did and in all honesty it’s probably the last as my hip won’t manage. It’s a long mile along that sea front. Enjoy the atmosphere and see if you can spot a celeb along the way. I ll be thinking of all the runners while I am in north Berwick being a rugby mum at our first rugby festival of the season.
