Mindful Eating drop-in sessions
Tuesdays, 7-8pm - ONLINE.

Last year we ran two successful Mindful Eating courses, which helped people change habits so they felt better physically and mentally. As we've been asked for ongoing weekly sessions, we're pleased to be starting a Tuesday evening, online support group.
This for people who want to improve their relationship to food and eating. It would be great if you can share this with anyone who might be interested.

Are you fed up of yo-yo dieting, comfort, stress or binge eating?
Would you like to find more peace and joy with food, at the same time as eat in a way that helps you feel good in yourself?

Our online support group offers a new approach, involving mindfulness and being kind to ourselves.

Each week we explore different aspects of our relationship to food.
You can try different techniques to help you eat in a way that makes you feel happy, calm and well.

Numbers are limited as we want to keep the group small.
Sessions cost from £4, and free for people on low incomes.

In the course, people can learn effective skills to reduce anxiety, depression and stress, improve sleep and overall wellbeing.

Online: Tuesdays, 7-8.45pm, Sept 24-Nov 19.
Free online taster sessions: Tuesday, Sept 10 or 17, 9.15-10.30am.

It's great that participants on the current Mindful Eating course have been getting so much out of it. They're a lovely group and very supportive of each other.

I was due to run the January course in-person, but as a few people who are not local want to do it, it will now be online.

Would you like to find a way of eating that makes you happy and helps you feel well?
Booking is open for our new course to help with all aspects of eating. 10 weekly online sessions, using a variety of mindfulness techniques and other exercises to help you explore your relationship with food, and find a way of eating that brings you good physical and mental health.
Cost is £125 for all classes, optional extra drop-in sessions and a Sunday Focus day on Dec 10. The course can be free to anyone in Surrey on a low income. It will be offered in Dorking, starting in January, Saturday mornings, £225.
