I have been teaching movement for over 17 years and treating pain and injuries for over 10 years - I love what I do :)



Treatments-
I am a qualified Dr. of Osteomyology, specialising in treatments for a wide array of pains and injuries:
Back Pain, Shoulder, Neck, Arm or Leg Pain, Migraines, Sciatica, Pre and Post Operation, Scoliosis, Frozen Shoulder, Osteoporosis, Strokes, Arthritis etc. I offer treatments combining - Diagnostic Consultations, Medical Massage, Manipulation, Sports / Deep Tissue Massage, M.E.T., Lymphatic Drainage, Dry Needling, Clinical Rehabilitation – a variety of bone and muscle technique, that best suits my patients. Pilates-

I teach weekly Pilates classes in Carmarthen and Cardigan. I also teach a CHAIR & BARRE Pilates class - these classes have a particular focus on posture, core, and overall strength and mobility. They are suitable for anyone wanting a very strict approach to strengthening their bodies, people who cannot get on the floor for a mat class or anyone wishing to use Pilates as a form of rehabilitation.




1-2-1's-
I also offer 1-2-1 pilates classes, yoga classes, breathwork & meditation or a combination of all - either at my clinic in Bethesda OR online via zoom. The online 1-2-1s are great option if you live far from me, are on the road a lot or would rather do a session without leaving the house. Personalised Programs-
If you are having treatments and would like to continue at home with exercises in your own time - we can create a programme just for you! If you have an upcoming race or competition and you would like to strengthen and stretch specific areas - we can create a programme just for you! If you want an all over body workout that is specific to your body’s needs - we can create a programme just for you! Whatever your needs - we can create a programme just for you! Consultation - to find out exactly what you'd like from your programme. A follow up 1-2-1 session to go over everything in the programme

Nutritional Therapy-
I am a qualified Nutritional Therapist, offering both generic and personalised Nutritional Therapy plans tailored to your desired goals. I believe in giving the body the correct nutrients it requires - unique to you. "Everyone has a different biochemistry, genetic makeup and nutrient needs, so what works for you, may not work for someone else.ā€

How does it work? Online consultation (zoom)- to find out exactly what you'd like from your programme. A 2 week food and mood dairy so I can see what and where needs more focus. A pdf emailed to you with a personalised actions plans & and a selection of recipes. A follow up zoom call to discuss the plan and any questions answered. Whatsapp support for the following 3 weeks to answer any questions or quieries implementing the plan. Retreats-
I run health and wellness retreats (day and week long) in the UK and abroad. All my retreats offer a combination of pilates, yoga, breath-work, meditation and nature immersion - such as wellness walks, forest bathing, sea dipping, star gazing etc. If you would like more information feel free to send me a message, text or give me a call :)

I see this all the time - and I’ve lived it too.

Training harder.
Eating ā€œcleanerā€.
Trying to detox.
Pushing through.

But real healing doesn’t come from adding more stress to an already overwhelmed body.

It comes from:
Supporting your nervous system🩷
Reducingthe overall toxic load🧔
Nourishing what’s depletedšŸ’š

I was supposed to be snowboarding in Austria this week….

Instead… I booked a last-minute trip to Turkey the day before I left 🫣

My TSW flare has been intense recently and this second wave has forced me to face something I think many of us struggle with….

Slowing down.

Last year was tough, but I still pushed through - work, adventures, adrenaline, doing everything that I could šŸ™ˆ

But this flare has made me explore the deeper layers of healing ā¤ļøā€šŸ©¹

Because root cause healing isn’t just physical.

It’s emotional.
It’s nervous system.
It’s learning why we push ourselves so hard in the first place.

Normally when I travel I’m climbing mountains, rock climbing or chasing adrenaline šŸ˜…

But right now my body is asking for something very different.

Sun.
Sea.
Rest.
Gentle movement.
Nourishing food.
Time to regulate my nervous system.

Even while travelling I’m still thinking about how to support my body.

āœ”ļøNatural fabrics so my skin can breathe.
āœ”ļøMineral-rich foods and proper hydration.
āœ”ļøBone broth and herbal teas.

To treat myself the way I treat my clientsšŸ¤

To give my body the same support and compassionšŸ¤

And maybe the biggest lesson right now…

Learning to rest without guiltšŸ¤

Because when we finally give the body the space it needs, it can do what it’s designed to do.

Some days I feel strong, grounded and deeply connected to the process.
Other days my body reminds me that healing takes patience, time and trust ā¤ļøā€šŸ©¹

Living through TSW has taught me more about the body than any course ever could. It has forced me to slow down, listen deeply and support my body in ways I never did before🩷

Root cause healing isn’t about quick fixes.
It’s about creating the right environment for the body to do what it’s designed to do - heal šŸ¤

For me that looks like:
Gentle movement, nervous system support, nature, detox, nourishment and a lot of compassion for myself along the way šŸ™‚

And even on the hard days, I trust the processšŸ«¶šŸ»

Because healing is happening - even when it doesn’t feel like itšŸ¤

Where movement meets root-cause healing ✨

My work blends movement, nervous system regulation, holistic detox and intentional living - because the body is intelligent. It wants to heal. We just have to create the right environment šŸ™šŸ»

I’m still healing through TSW myself, which means I don’t teach from theory. I share from lived experience, education and a deep curiosity about how the body truly worksā¤ļøā€šŸ©¹
