Act Fast First Aid are the leading specialists in providing accredited first aid courses and first aid supplies for schools and businesses across the UK.

Act Fast First Aid is a multi-award winning first aid training company that specialises in teaching first aid to schools, colleges and universities across the UK. We deliver a wide range of fully practical and interactive first aid courses to school and university staff teams and students. We are creators of the multi-award winning, Act Fast Challenge for schools teaching young people life-saving skills. We love working with schools - it's what we're excellent at and we do things differently. All courses that you book with us are contextualised to your school, college or university as well as your staff and the children and young people you work with making them relevant, enjoyable and most importantly easy to recall in an emergency. Our tried and tested school first drills, scenarios and games really help your team to apply their skills and feel confident to manage a casualty and their team in a medical emergency. All our first aid qualifications are externally regulated by the awarding body, ITC First and undergo robust quality assurance procedures inline with our centre policy. It’s been a busy and rewarding term at Act Fast First Aid

As we reach the half-term break, we’re reflecting on a fantastic few months delivering accredited first aid training across schools, nurseries, workplaces and community settings.

Our accredited courses have supported schools in meeting EYFS requirements, ensuring staff are confident and prepared to safely supervise children during mealtimes. We’ve also delivered bespoke sessions, including Anaphylaxis Awareness and other tailored programmes designed around our clients’ needs.

A huge thank you to all the learners, schools, and organisations we’ve worked with this term — your commitment to safety and learning truly makes a difference.

Wishing everyone a safe and restful half term – we look forward to continuing to build lifesaving skills and confidence next term.

Congratulations to our new outdoor first aid instructors who all completed their Act Fast First Aid 4-day instructor course last week in Beverley.

🎉 Celebrating the team at in Durham.

We had the absolute pleasure of spending two days with the exceptional team at Elemore Hall School updating their outdoor first aid qualification and we came away truly inspired.

From start to finish, the knowledge and confidence shown by everyone we met was outstanding. It’s clear this is a team that’s not only highly professional but also deeply passionate about making a lasting difference in the lives of young people.

It was a privilege to learn more about the school and the amazing work being done to support and empower students. The tour of the vegetable and sensory garden was a real highlight—and meeting Lucy the baby owl was the perfect way to top it all off!
