Act Fast First Aid is a multi-award winning first aid training company that specialises in teaching first aid to schools, colleges and universities across the UK. We deliver a wide range of fully practical and interactive first aid courses to school and university staff teams and students. We are creators of the multi-award winning, Act Fast Challenge for schools teaching young people life-saving skills. We love working with schools - it's what we're excellent at and we do things differently. All courses that you book with us are contextualised to your school, college or university as well as your staff and the children and young people you work with making them relevant, enjoyable and most importantly easy to recall in an emergency. Our tried and tested school first drills, scenarios and games really help your team to apply their skills and feel confident to manage a casualty and their team in a medical emergency. All our first aid qualifications are externally regulated by the awarding body, ITC First and undergo robust quality assurance procedures inline with our centre policy. We had a great week back in January delivering first aid training with .eu for Duke of Edinburgh students across international schools in Munich, and it’s been inspiring to see such engaged and motivated young people building first aid expedition skills that matter.

These sessions weren’t just about ticking a box. They were about confidence, leadership and knowing how to stay safe and look after each other should a first aid incident occur.

We even hopped over to Salzburg, taking a cable car ride high into the Untersberg mountains.

⭐️ Train the Trainer Outdoor First Aid Instructor

Would you like to further develop your skills and knowledge and train with us to deliver the ITC Level 3 (16 hour) Outdoor First Aid qualification?

This is a great opportunity to save money delivering course in-house with colleagues as well as develop your outdoor business and schedule open courses for your wider outdoor education network group.

This 3-day course will provide you with the skills, knowledge and confidence to deliver your own regulated outdoor first aid training.

We offer our instructors ongoing support, access to our unique teaching and learning resources as well as internal quality assurance of regulated first aid courses. We also provide opportunities for CPD to ensure your skills are up to date and in line with resuscitation guidelines..

Across schools, there is a clear desire for staff to be able to deliver first aid education in-house. However, confidence, access to appropriate qualifications and the ongoing cost of external providers are often significant barriers to achieving this.

To address these challenges, we are pleased to introduce our 2-Day Train to Teach First Aid in Schools Course.

This programme has been designed to equip school staff with the knowledge, qualifications and resources required to deliver high-quality first aid education independently and with confidence.

The course includes:

✔️ A recognised first aid qualification
✔️ A comprehensive teaching resource pack
✔️ Ongoing support and CPD, ensuring teaching remains current
✔️ Reduced equipment costs, supporting long-term affordability

On completion of the course, staff will be able to deliver training in-house in:
