Celebrating a year of connection. 🧡

This week marks the end of my year as Chair of our local women’s networking group (HBBC) and what a year it’s been! 🌿

Running a business can be incredibly rewarding, but it can also be a lonely journey at times.

Having a supportive network of like-minded women to share ideas, challenges and encouragement with has been invaluable — not just personally, but for the growth of our business too.

As business owners, it’s so important to step outside the day-to-day and invest time in building relationships, sharing experiences and learning from others.

It’s not just about promoting what you do — it’s about connection, collaboration and finding the people who genuinely want to see you succeed.

Through my time as Chair, I’ve been reminded that the behind-the-scenes work, the shared advice and the cheering each other on is what really helps our businesses to grow and our confidence to shine.

I’m so proud to hand over the role and continue being part of this inspiring community of women who lift each other up. Here’s to another year of connection, growth and support!

Out celebrating a rare child-free evening, we raise a glass together, celebrating a milestone that means the world to us — the 7th anniversary of our multi-award winning salt therapy centre in Beverley. 🎉

When we opened our doors back in 2018, it was from a place of personal experience: knowing how much salt therapy had helped me manage my own asthma and breathlessness, and dreaming of offering that natural support to others.

Since then, we’ve been honoured and humbled to support so many adults and children through respiratory conditions, skin issues, and those looking for a drug-free boost to their wellbeing. ✨

Thank you — each and every one of you — for your trust, for your stories, and for choosing us on your wellness journey. 🤍

Whether you’ve come in once, are a regular member, or have joined us through our mobile service in schools, care homes or workplaces — your support has made this possible. 🙏🏻

Due to holidays , we are having a combined July/Aug salty gong bath. 🤗
