🧘♀️ Yoga with Rachel
Yoga is a vast body of knowledge, encompassing many practices, philosophies, and paths. Rachel’s classes focus on the physical practice of asana.
Rachel has practiced yoga for many years and became a qualified yoga teacher in India last year. Her classes are designed to build strength 💪, flexibility 🤸♀️, and balance ⚖️ for both your body and mind.
The benefits of regular yoga practice are significant and scientifically supported. You can expect to develop greater awareness of your body and clarity of mind 🧠, improvements that naturally extend into other areas of your life and sport.
Each class begins with a few minutes of breath work 🌬️, flows into an energetic asana sequence, and concludes with 5–10 minutes of deep rest 🛌.
What to bring: water 💧, a yoga mat 🧘, and a blanket 🛏️
When: Saturdays, 4–5 pm
