All our staff complete comprehensive, face-to-face training before deployment, including Epilepsy Awareness and Buccal Midazolam, PMVA (Prevention and Management of Violence and Aggression), Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training, and full healthcare mandatory training.
Our team holds Health & Social Care Level 2 qualifications and completes Fire Awareness training delivered in partnership with East Sussex Fire Authority.
Every staff member is enhanced DBS checked (with DBS Update Service) fully right-to-work verified, and supported by robust employment reference checks.
This ensures a safe, reliable, and high-quality workforce aligned with regulatory expectations and safeguarding standards.
