Family run independent opticians

2017 saw the 60 year anniversary of Barracloughs the Opticians. Established in 1957 by Frank Barraclough (pictured below) and later joined by Peter Stiles, Barraclough and Stiles Opticians quickly gained a reputation founded on expertise combined with a kind and helpful manner.

With both Frank and Peter now retired, 60 years on the group continues to flourish. The passion for optics has been passed onto future generations with sons Tony and Nigel Barraclough both joining the business many years back - now Directors along with Surainder Puri and Managing Director Jeremy Heynes.
