We are so proud of you, Violet 💜

An 88-year-old Bexhill resident who was once given only months to live is now attending weekly yoga sessions at her care home, actively participating in class and spending more time with others, despite advanced vascular dementia.

Our weekly yoga session is always something everyone looks forward to. It’s a lovely time to stretch, relax, and enjoy some gentle movement together. There are always plenty of smiles, and it’s a great way for everyone to feel refreshed and uplifted. 🧘‍♀️

We have been having a lovely time now the weather is looking brighter ☀️

We’ve enjoyed trips to the shops, a first walk since December for one of our ladies, and a special visit to Eastbourne to see a husband in his nursing home. Our weekly trip out for tea and a little shopping was also a lovely.

We’ve had such a lovely time lately! 💛
Lots of colouring and fun activities with little Ella, plus some beautiful walks with Barbara and Ella too. It’s been wonderful getting out and about together.
Our weekly yoga class continues to be a big hit, everyone absolutely loves it! 🧘‍♀️✨
And it was so special seeing Jeanette so happy to see baby Demi. Such precious moments

Such a fun-filled time for our residents these last few weeks! Lots of Ball games in the lounge, we have done some birthday card making, and everyone always enjoys some relaxing yoga class, and we had a special room visit from Ivy 🐶🐾

We have had a lovely busy few weeks! We have enjoyed days out, getting some fresh air and enjoying some good coffee and the most amazing visit from the cutest baby! 👶

Our Christmas tree is looking extra special this year, surrounded by beautifully wrapped presents for each of our residents 🎁❤️
It’s been a joy to see the excitement, smiles, and festive spirit filling our home as we celebrate this wonderful time of year together.
