Today Lord Brett McLean Lord Brett McLean Funeral Celebrant was exhibiting at the Platinum Solutions organised Mini Expo event at The Beacon Shopping Centre in Eastbourne. Great to meet up with individuals interested in our services including Reverend Richard Coles and the Past Mayor of Eastbourne Cllr Candy Vaughan.

On 23rd September our director, Founder and owner of MLC Funerals Ltd Lord Brett McLean Lord Brett McLean Funeral Celebrant had the honour and privilege of being the First Baton Bearer to kick started the Hastings Tour for the Baton of Hope.
Brett carried the Baton from Hastings Castle to Morrisons in Queens Road in Hastings where he handed the Baton over to the next bearer Nathan Dunbar to carry on the Batons journey.
The Baton is a symbol of Hope for those experiencing dark days and pays tribute to those who's lives ended prematurely by their own hand.
As a funeral directors we are often reminded about the importance and the fragility of life and the aftermath of what's left behind when a family loses a loved one.
MLC FUNERALS LTD offers an open door and safe space to anyone who needs to come in and chat.

On Friday we were honoured and privileged to arrange and officiate the funeral service of an amazing mum, grandma and great grandmother who added value to not just her family and friends but to her community.
