Scooter garage £180 or £210 delivered and assembled. Unlike many other local mobility companies our shelters are specifically designed for mobility scooters. Ours are more compact than the Armadillo ones that are designed for motorcycles.

‘Showrooming’ is used to describe people that go in store, try things then leave and purchase online. We get it, we had one person say how good we were but they purchased the scooter online, it wasn’t right for them and they asked us if we’d part ex it, that’s a no. In the run up to Christmas please consider supporting us small businesses, we provide employment, we support others small businesses, I try and get what I need locally. We provide the best aftercare, we had someone call yesterday that purchased a scooter from a huge national chain with 3 years insurance, she got a puncture and called them, they sent her to us as they weren’t interested. She wouldn’t wait 3 days for us to get to her, not sure where she went. A customer that got a puncture on Monday had it fixed within 5 hours of calling us, support us, we’ll support you.

On Friday the new shop was setup ready to open next week as the signs going up early next week. Then the landlady calls 🙁scaffolding being done on Monday, they need to go through the shop and extensive roof repairs start the following Monday. The landlady is extremely nice, it’s not her fault and I knew that this was going to happen. We will see how it goes, if it’s not too bad I will open it.

Another great review left today. Please be careful buying mobility aids online. We had one in this week that was purchased from Amazon, can’t get parts for it, write off. I see lots of people in mobility scooter Facebook groups saying they’ve purchased scooters, wheelchairs etc from Amazon, will Amazon come and fix it when it breaks down? No! A call today from a lady that purchased a Rollator online for over £600, wanted us to fix it, again parts not easy to find and were very busy being there for our loyal customers so had to say no. We appreciate our loyal customers.

The dangers of AI. (Artificial intelligence). We have a situation where we are involved in a debate over batteries. Customer has copied and pasted the reply from a bot. 🤖 Seriously 😟 if you’re going to believe a bot over our many, many years experience please go elsewhere. We have fitted many lithium batteries, the response from a 🤖 is laughable and it is so wrong.
