After a few days rest to get over our jet lag from India we are pleased to announce we have arrived at our next armchair destination.... China. This week we have been busy decorating our board and have lots to look forward during the month! 🇨🇳

Yesterday was National Popcorn Day - Perfect timing for a cosy afternoon with a film and popcorn. In keeping with our India armchair travel we watched The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel which everyone enjoyed!

First dementia singing session of the year- we kicked off the year with lots of singing, smiling and toe-tapping! Our residents loved joining in with familiar songs and enjoying the feel good power of music together. Such a lovely session and can't wait for the next one.
